Who we are

FollowApp helps healthcare providers improve patient care and boost operational efficiency through our highly automated SAAS technology. We are a small team but support a growing customer base across Australia, Europe and the US.

How we work

Most of our team choose to work fully remote, and you will be provided with everything you need to enable this. However, as one of 13 startups selected for a Microsoft Accelerator programme, we also have London office space (70 Wilson St) which enables occasional team get-togethers.

Marketing Campaigns Manager

The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing manager to establish a model to bring more dental practices onto the FollowApp platform during a period of rapid growth. This person will deliver measurable business growth by devising and executing marketing campaigns and tactics that educate dental practices and help them adopt FollowApp. 

This role will work alongside our CMO (15 years at Google) and will own the marketing funnel, from awareness to action, deploying the full range of marketing across PR, growth, advertising, social, direct marketing and events to generate pipeline for our sales team.

The Candidate

You will bring proven marketing skills to a role where there is no playbook, using your insights and initiative to define and run a series of campaigns that bring new customers to FollowApp. You will have experience defining goals, developing assets and deploying agencies to deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth.

Required skills
  • A talented and deeply collaborative marketer who driven by results
  • Evidence of generating demand through marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Competence in research, content creation, campaign execution and measurement
  • Deep expertise in free and paid channels inc. SEO, DM, eDM, events and social
  • At least 3-5 years marketing experience in B2B/SaaS companies

Preferred skills

  • Domain expertise in the digital healthcare and/or dentistry sectors
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • A demonstrable passion for knowledge, data and insights
