Who we are
FollowApp helps healthcare providers improve patient care and boost operational efficiency through our highly automated SAAS technology. We are a small team but support a growing customer base across Australia, Europe and the US.
How we work
Most of our team choose to work fully remote, and you will be provided with everything you need to enable this. However, as one of 13 startups selected for a Microsoft Accelerator programme, we also have London office space (70 Wilson St) which enables occasional team get-togethers.
Customer Support Representative
Role Description
The role is an opportunity to be part of our customer success team and our ambitious growth plans this year.
We’ll need your help setting up and supporting our customers, new and current, with the
opportunity for increasing ownership as we grow. We work both with large organisations and individual dental clinics and you’ll support our work with both.
This is a role with a lot of opportunity for ownership as we’ll quickly need you to own
customer pathways and relationships. This is great for someone who is looking for a growth role.
This is a full time role with a salary of £25k-30k.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who’s:
– Personable and quick at forming personal connections
– Interest in healthcare
– Organised
– Customer Support/Success/Customer facing role experience
– Excited to work in a healthcare startup
– Outgoing while good at listening and empathy for clinicians
Work is predominantly remote, but with occasional work in London
